Minimum Eligibility Requirements One (1) year of interior design experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company and prior retail sales experience preferredKnowledge of hard surface flooring is a plusExcellent customer service skillsProficient in basic mathematical skillsMust be self-motivated and able to multi-taskAbility to identify and resolve problems in a timely mannerExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsBasic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suiteWilling to work retail hours to include weekends, and some holidaysPerform other duties as assigned. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
