Department: Design Studio Royal Texan Homes, LLC is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Design Studio Designer to join our dynamic team. Conduct design meetings with new home buyers to guide them through the selection process for their new home.Provide expert advice on design options, helping clients choose finishes, materials, colors, and other design elements that align with their preferences and budget.Ensure all selections are accurately documented and that clients receive a seamless, enjoyable experience throughout the design process.Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach, helping clients visualize their design ideas and make informed decisions.2. Work closely with clients and the custom cabinet subcontractor to coordinate cabinet designs for new home builds, ensuring selections align with client preferences, and project scope.Review and verify cabinet designs, layouts, and specifications with clients before approving final orders to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.4.
