The role is intended to strengthen Emser’s presence in the local design community, increase Gallery traffic, and support sales growth through an elevated client experience. The ideal candidate is a polished, social, and design-focused professional with established relationships in the local A&D community. This individual will be responsible for engaging designers, architects, developers, custom home builders, luxury residential clients, hospitality firms, and industry partners when they visit the showroom, while supporting their needs and clearly communicating follow-up, project details, and opportunities back to the appropriate sales account holder/representative. Provide an elevated experience for high-end design clientele while building and leveraging strong relationships within the local A&D and design community to promote the Gallery, drive studio traffic, support market growth, and create new opportunities for the outside sales team. Support the outside sales team by assisting with client visits, showroom appointments, design consultations, product selections, and project-related needs.
