Design Studio Office Manager - Experience Required

We are seeking an experienced Showroom/Office Manager to join our award-winning design firm in North Asheville, NC, to oversee the our new custom furniture showroom. We are looking for a skilled manger to join our team and handle the day-to-day operations of our furniture studio space. This position will work closely with the Financial Administrator and Design Assistant, as well as the Designers, to fulfill different aspects of the job requirements. Desired Skills + Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of Office Manager/HR experience • 2+ years of work experience in an Interior Design/Retail Showroom associated industry preferred • Working knowledge of QuickBooks Pro or Studio Designer and Google Workspace • Ability to pick up on new processes, procedures, and systems quickly • Extremely sharp, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate staff and company needs • Strong communicator • Excellent time management + organizational skills • Self-motivated, and able to work independently without supervision • Team player, and able to keep the goals and success of the business in mind • Comfortable working with and supporting creatives • Preference will be given to candidates with a working knowledge of QuickBooks or Studio Designer, and/or candidates who have experience in the Interior Design industry Environment • Job Type: 36 - 40 hour work week • Office Hours: 8:30am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am-12:30pm most Fridays • Compensation: Salary, based on experience • Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year • Benefits: 401(k), 401(k) matching, Employee discount, Health insurance, Paid time off, Short Term Disability policy, Life Insurance policy, Parental Leave, Etc.
