Criteria • Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills • An ability to provide World Class Service in the store, virtually, and in the customer home during in-home consultations • Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders within a variety of sales channels • Experience working with the elements of interior design preferred • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously • 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience, (specialty retail preferred, but not required) • Full time associates must have open availability, weekends included, to meet the needs of the business.
