Position: Design Lead Location: Cleveland, OH Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 Bachelors Degree in Interior Design/Interior ArchitectureInterior Design and furniture design experienceProficient in AutoCADProficient in CET DesignerExperience in CAP 2020Experience in Core, a plus Basic Qualifications: Work closely with the design team on a daily basis to coach, motivate, and guideEnsure designers are properly trained (new hires as well as experienced designers)Execute onboarding for new hires in our processes, products, and proceduresCoordinate project load distribution and assign projects to design team members weeklyEnsure time management goals are being met by all designersImplement processes and proceduresParticipate in design staff annual reviews with the Managing Director and Director of DesignCoordinate vacation schedules among the design team Benefits Package:
