Design Technologist - Interior Architecture

We are looking for a technically strong, detail-driven Design Technologist to join our Interior Architecture team. You should be confident in producing and navigating complex Revit models, with the ability to develop design presentations and drawing packs into technically accurate, functional drawings. Collaboration & Coordination You will work closely with ARRCC project members, designers, Team Leaders, Project Managers, architects, contractors, consultants and suppliers. Essential Skills & Criteria National Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent Strong working experience in Revit and AutoCAD Minimum 1–3 years' work experience Minimum project experience across at least two project types, with involvement in a minimum of three stages of the project scope Ability to work in a complex, multi-cultural environment Ability to understand and formulate design documentation Ability to accurately understand and interpret instructions Ability to learn and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills Methodical, accurate and consistent attention to detail High level of communication, with a collaborative and approachable working style Clear, concise thinking Good judgement Ability to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information Ability to remain calm and work effectively in pressurised environments Self-motivated and able to take responsibility Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally Willingness to work additional hours when necessary due to the nature of the role, including occasional weekends Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards personal growth and development within the company Strong passion for the work and achieving the best possible outcomes Behavioural Criteria Flexible attitude High degree of professionalism Strong sense of responsibility and accountability Efficient, resourceful and works SMART Who Will Thrive in This Role You will likely enjoy this role if you are someone who: Gets satisfaction from a well-resolved drawing set Enjoys turning design ideas into practical, buildable documentation Has strong Revit capability and wants to keep developing technically Can balance detail, deadlines and design intent Communicates clearly and works well with designers, technical teams and external consultants Takes ownership without needing constant prompting Enjoys mentoring or guiding younger designers from a technical perspective Understands that production work is not just "drawing up", it is a critical part of protecting design quality Why ARRCC At ARRCC, you will be part of a globally recognised studio working across refined interior architecture, interior design and décor projects.
