Designer

Key Responsibilities: Lead or contribute to the full lifecycle of design projects, from concept development through sourcing, documentation, and installation Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, finish palettes, and presentation decks for client review Prepare detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and millwork/shop drawings using AutoCAD and/or SketchUp Source furnishings, fixtures, materials, and finishes in alignment with project vision and client needs Create and maintain FF&E schedules, pricing spreadsheets, and procurement tracking documents Coordinate with vendors, contractors, architects, and fabricators throughout the design and construction process Oversee and manage material samples, design library updates, and studio resources Conduct site visits for measurements, progress checks, and installations Manage internal timelines and workflows in coordination with the Operations Director Participate in client presentations, meetings, and design reviews Support photoshoots and final styling of completed projects
