Works with team to develop design ideas and create both presentation and construction drawingsDrafts technical drawingsProvide review of engineering and landscape drawings to ensure they comply with design solutionEnsures integration into overall designPreliminary concept plans for larger projectsMay develop and finalize conceptual design for smaller projectsOversees Intermediate Designer to review space plans and tackles more complicated issuesProvides detail for interior and architectural design projectsDevelops and delivers overall design and furniture packages for both interior and exteriorAssists in developing packages for larger projectsObtains cost estimates and produces final cost estimatesManages design budget for assigned projectsMay mentor the work of Junior and Intermediate Designers Qualifications:
