We are presently searching for a Designer for our Dallas studio. Works with team to develop design ideas and create both presentation and construction drawings Drafts technical drawings Provide review of engineering and landscape drawings to ensure they comply with design solution Ensures integration into overall design Preliminary concept plans for larger projects May develop and finalize conceptual design for smaller projects Oversees Intermediate Designer to review space plans and tackles more complicated issues Provides detail for interior and architectural design projects Develops and delivers overall design and furniture packages for both interior and exterior Assists in developing packages for larger projects Obtains cost estimates and produces final cost estimates Manages design budget for assigned projects May mentor the work of Junior and Intermediate Designers Graduate of architecture or design school: equivalent experience may be substituted 6+ years’ experience in workplace design, focusing on building repositioning and adaptive re-use projects as well as corporate interiors
