About the position Base Pay This role has a minimum base pay from \$15.24 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience. At Floor & Decor Designers are responsible for meeting with customers, listening to their project needs, educating them on all that is required for their project, and building a creative design concept that incorporates the customers personal style, lifestyle, and budget. Responsibilities Minimum of One (1) year of interior design experience or prior retail/sales experienceProficient in basic mathematical skillsMust be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsBasic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suiteInternal candidates must have 12 months of experience in a design consultant positionNice-to-haves
