POSITION SUMMARY
The Interior Designer carries a project from first concept to construction-ready plans and finalized selections. This role owns the design phase for a portfolio of higher-end residential remodels and additions: meeting homeowners, developing and presenting design options, driving selections to a decision, and handing the field a plan set that builds cleanly. The work is high-volume and execution-focused. Several projects run at once, each on its own schedule with a signing day at the end of it.
The designer stays involved after signing. Post-demo walks, electrical walks, and tile walks are where a plan meets the house, and the designer is on site for those to make sure what gets built is what the client saw.
