Designer

This position is responsible for performing as an interior designer on multi-family interior renovation and new development projects within AvalonBay. This role will work with the project designers and managers on the execution of schematic design, design development and construction documentation and FFE on these projects, as well as overseeing the construction administration phase; collaborating with the team from start to finish ensuring desired project execution. Job requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program • 3-5 years of experience in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (including internship experience) • Must have a strong knowledge and understanding of construction documentation and construction administration process.
