We are presently searching for a Designer for our Seattle studio.The Designer, working under general supervision of a Senior Designer or Project Manager, provides design support primarily in project administration, presentations, concept design through design development, and contract documents. Works with team to develop architectural concepts for interior and exterior repositioning and/ or adaptive projects With Senior Designer, researches and selects fixtures and finishes to use for projects Ensures integration into overall design Preliminary concept plans for larger projects May develop and finalize conceptual designfor smaller projects Oversees Intermediate Designer to review space plans and tackles more complicated issues Provides detail for interior and architectural design projects Develops and delivers overall design and furniture packages for both interior and exterior Assists in developing packages for larger projects Obtains cost estimates and produces final cost estimates Manages design budget for assigned projects May mentor the work of Junior andIntermediate Designers Extensive knowledge of repositioning and adaptive r-use projects
