We're a small but fast growing hospitality management company that specializes in highly stylized luxury rentals for large groups in the New Orleans area. What we’re looking for: We're seeking a part time designer to oversee all things design and continue to drive the rapid growth of our quickly expanding company. The position is roughly divided into two general roles: oversee interior design for new projects and oversee all elements of design for our brand. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to learn, take on significant responsibility, and work in an innovative industry. What you’ll do: Own the entire design process for new properties from start to finish, including creating a concept, sourcing furniture and art, and overseeing/helping with installation Execute the design of all finishing touches, including but not limited to; selecting furniture, art, lighting, and accessories Direct photo shoots to list new spaces, showcasing a strong understanding of layering and scale for each photo frame Work with local artists and craftspeople to create custom art and furniture for each property Go into existing spaces and identify ways to improve the aesthetic Oversee the creation of marketing content, branding materials, and guest collateral Work as a team player who is comfortable interfacing and collaborating with others (company founder, other designers, artists, etc.)
