Position Overview – Interior Designer: The Designer is a generalist role, and the candidate is expected to possess the abilities to deal with aspects of Interior Architectural design and assist senior leaders in production, project and client management, and related issues. Other requirements of the role include: • Proficient in modelling/drawing skills in Revit, CAD, Adobe PS, Illustrator, Indesign, and MS Office tools • Ability to create Construction Documents independently • Ability to work with multiple clients and on multiple projects simultaneously • Contribute to producing conceptual and fully executed designs • Collaborate within project teams, with vendors, and consultants to produce successful design outcomes • Support and contribute to the aesthetic, functional, and production aspects of projects • Participate in and support firm BD activities • Provide mentorship and leadership support to other team members Because we are a team of passionate designers working together, we rely on our team members to be agile and flexible, humble but driven, with a client- focused mindset.
