Floor & Decor Designers provide a seamless start to finish consultative design service that builds lasting relationships and brand loyalty with the customers we serve. Minimum of One (1) year of interior design experience or prior retail/sales experience. Knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus. Proficient in basic mathematical skills. Internal candidates must have 12 months of experience in a design consultant position.
