Designer Architecture Studio

GHD is looking for a Designer-Architect to join our Guam office. You will be a valued teammate, serving clients as we serve each other and strengthen our commitment to the local community in Hawaii. You will assist with the evaluation, design, and implementation of new buildings and building alterations for a variety of project types in the commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and federal market sectors, taking on a variety of leadership roles. You will develop plans and associated projects to architecture in all its stages, setting materials, finishes, techniques, and methodologies; analyzing data and information; and developing technical and financial feasibility studies. Architectural Design: Produce multiple architectural concepts and prototypes to design a building or construction; design the feasibility testing approach and supervise its implementation to support the development and validation of architectural solutions.
