Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of design or architecture.5+ years of design leadership of interior design and/or architecture projects; recent workplace, education and/or healthcare project experience is required.LEED accreditation or WELL AP is preferred.Experience delivering highly sustainable design solutions.Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.Proficiency in Revit and other computer design programs.Must have a portfolio of workplace, education, commercial or healthcare projects. Ideally, the project portfolio will show a range of projects.Ability to be in the office full-time (5 days a week).Benefits
