Travel: Some travel outside of Minnesota to support other company locations in Iowa and Arizona on an infrequent basis Core Responsibilities • Perform interior design work that includes, but is not limited to, curating home finishes and selections, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation. • As a self-motivated designer with strong Revit skills, you can jump in and produce test fits and project deliverables as necessary, such as floor plans, specifications, sections, elevations, & details needed for construction in collaboration with consultant architects. How You Qualify • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited university • 3-7 years of interior design experience – ideally in the Multi-Family Housing sector • Proficient with Revit, Enscape, AutoCAD • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications • Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas • Self-motivated with strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills • Demonstrated commitment to resilience and sustainable building practice
