Key Responsibilities – All Levels • Collaborate closely with internal teams, architects, contractors, artisans, and vendors to develop and execute exceptional designs. • Assist in the creation of specification books, schedules, and support construction administration tasks including submittals, RFIs, ASIs/IDSKs, and consultant coordination. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage small projects or segments of large projects. Senior Designer Requirements • 8–10 years of experience leading high-end FF&E design projects across hospitality and residential sectors.
