Designer – focus Interior Architecture

COOKFOX Architects is seeking a creative Interior Architectural Designer with excellent design skills and 3 or more years of professional experience to join our studio. We are looking for motivated, proactive and detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative studio environment. Responsibilities focus on interior architecture scope from generation of design concepts and development of residential layouts to selection of finishes and fixtures, architectural and millwork detailing, and coordination of different trades including MEP and lighting. 3 or more years of professional experienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior DesignExperience working on interior architecture scope: high-end, multi-family residential experience preferredStrong graphic and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with time management skillsProfessionalism in dealing with a variety of clients, consultants and vendorsFamiliarity with accessibility and local building codes preferredInterest in sustainable design and healthy building materialsProficiency in Revit and Adobe Suite required; SketchUp, VRay and/or Enscape, and AutoCad a plus Our mission and our deep sense of responsibility to design environments that foster the well-being of the planet and people are intrinsically tied to our commitment to social justice.
