Designer I

The Designer I will be responsible for guiding clients through the planning and schematic design process, through construction administration. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE • BA/BS degree, 1-3 years' of relevant experience and training • Proficient in Revit, Autocad and Microsoft Office • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills • High level of organization and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks • Self-starter who has ability to take initiative • Ability to work well in a team environment with a willingness to learn and grow • Knowledge of commonly used concepts and practices within the industry, including but not limited to, office space planning, finishes/materials experience and design documentation • Skilled at evaluating options and generating solutions • Understand and solve technical problems • Experience with the plan check process a plus • Current basic knowledge of ADA, exiting and building codes a plus At our heart, we are a creative firm, and we have fun with what we do.
