Designer I for Interiors

Interior Designer I is an entry-level position, responsible for assisting in the development of interior design projects of various complexity/scope. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: • Assist in the development of design and technical documentation in various project phases, including the preparation of interior materials, palette and furniture specifications, space planning, interior architecture, and FF&E • Utilize hand drawings, sketches and/or software to produce design deliverables. • Assist in developing project technical specifications and manage client standards. • Basic understanding of interior materials, codes and standards and how they are applied is preferred • Basic understanding of the documentation requirements associated with the development of conceptual design, schematic design, design development and construction document packages is preferred • Ability to work independently and participate / collaborate in a project team setting through a digital environment • Ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and priorities All resumes submitted by search firms/employment agencies to any employee at Woolpert via-email, the internet or in any form and/or method will be deemed the sole property of Woolpert, unless such search firms/employment agencies were engaged by Woolpert's Talent Acquisition Team for this requisition and a valid agreement is in place.
