This position is eligible for hybrid (office/remote) working arrangement and flexible working hours. The Designer will assist in the design and development of projects, will produce design presentation material, and will assist in the production and documentation of construction documents. Supervision and Delegation • Ability to professionally communicate both, verbally and in writing, to give assignments to office support staff consultants and vendors. • Ability to delegate assignments to support staff and always be respectful. • May participate in the development of design.
