Seeking 2 Designer II Candidates -- 1 Designer II (Los Angeles Studio) 1 Designer II (Miami Studio) Project Responsibilities: Assist design team with development of concept narrative. Develop understanding of Drawing Sets, IF specifications/FFE specifications. Coordination and clear communication with internal staff and clients, consultants & brand, as needed. Firm-Wide Role: Maintain and contribute to Studio Library. Base understanding of all program standards: CAD/PSD/DesignSpec (BIM, Studio as needed) Leadership and Project Management Skills: Understand project phases and deliverables.
