JOB SUMMARY: A Designer II is an experienced unlicensed architect who actively participates in the delivery of a project design and the production of project collateral by performing architectural assignments under the direction of a Registered Architect. A Designer II is responsible to prepare, in a self-directed manner, presentation, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration documentation for completeness , accuracy, and that are well-coordinated with consultants. • Develop and maintain knowledge of Cooper Carry projects and resources. • Demonstrates an understanding of building systems, sustainable practices, codes, and construction methods.
