Strong design skills and a passion for creativity Strong organizational skills A high degree of self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness Construction documents and specification experience Construction administration experience Ability to skillfully work alongside internal and external customers Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills Candidates to submit sample work: drawings (furniture plan, millwork elevations), completed work (install photos if available) and client presentation pages for FF&A scope from a past project. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor or certificate in Interior Design, Bachelor of Architecture degree 3-5 years experience, preferably at an interior design studio Proficient with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Revit, Bluebeam, Miro experience preferred High-end residential experience Knowledge of the FF&A process and vendors Los Angeles local and knowledge of local showrooms/vendors preferred Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
