Variant Collaborative is a boutique interior design studio based in Chicago, specializing in hospitality, retail, luxury student housing, and multifamily design. We are currently seeking an Interior Designer with 4-6 years of professional experience in hospitality design. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited program.4-6 years of professional experience in commercial interior design. Collaborate effectively with team members.Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, clients and consultants.Take initiative in resolving challenges and identifying alternate solutions.Demonstrate reliability in completing tasks within assigned deadlines.Willingness to learn from the team and Principals, and seek guidance when needed.Exhibit professionalism in work ethic, presentation, and communication.Contribute positively to a supportive, creative, and inclusive team culture.
