Designer - Interiors - Senior

At Gensler, we design for people. As a Senior Designer at Gensler, you will lead creative, collaborative teams dedicated to design innovation and excellence. What You Will Do • Lead creative efforts on a variety of client projects, developing overall design concepts and design presentation strategies • Mentor and provide creative direction to junior design teams • Closely collaborate with Design Directors for personal career development, coaching, and mentorship • Play a key role in a range of interior design projects that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation. • Generate finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction • Provide design support and documentation guidance during completion and execution of design concepts • Act as the key design interface with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators • Collaborate with team members and colleagues to promote an inter-disciplinary design approach and philosophy • Participate in business development and marketing efforts We encourage every person at Gensler to lead a healthy and balanced life.
