What You Will Do • Collaborate on base building, interior design and interior architecture projects that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and management of budgets and schedules • Assist in the design and delivery of functional and beautiful spaces for projects within Practice Areas such as: Critical Facilities, Sciences, Commercial Office Buildings, Workplace interiors, Strategy, and more • Coordinate with Interior Designers, Project Architects and Project Managers on delivery of project milestones • Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, lighting, and furniture specifications • Provide project team coordination for finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction • Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts • Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, consultants, and fabricators to meet overall project objectives • Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination • Establish and maintain ongoing, productive client relationships • 0-3 years of professional experience in interior design, architecture, or related fields.
