Designer - Junior

Your Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture from an accredited program • 0-3 years of relevant experience within a commercial design firm • 0-3 years of experience designing and delivering projects is preferred/required • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills • Proficiency in Revit • Passion for design excellence and continuous learning • LEED accreditation or WELL AP is preferred • Demonstrated commitment to resilience and sustainable building practices This role is not remote, we look forward to working with our new Designer team member in our Washington, D.C. office. • The estimated base salary range for this position in the Washington, D.C. is $65,000- $75,000, plus eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
