Designer - Junior

You will be an integral part of our teams and actively foster a respectful, creative, and inspiring design environment. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture from an accredited program 0-3 years of relevant experience within a commercial design firm 0-3 years of experience designing and delivering projects is preferred/required Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills Proficiency in Revit Passion for design excellence and continuous learning LEED accreditation or WELL AP is preferred Demonstrated commitment to resilience and sustainable building practices This role is not remote, we look forward to working with our new Designer team member in our Washington, D.C. , or our Pittsburgh office. The estimated base salary range for this position in the Washington, D.C. is $65,000- $75,000, plus eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
