The Level 1 Designer is a role intended for individuals beginning their professional careers in architecture or design. This position focuses on supporting project teams by documenting design ideas, contributing to presentations, and learning core digital and technical workflows. Designer Level 1 is a position for developing professional who is expected to be an active learner and is engaged in the community outside the office. Position reports to: Project Manager • Basic proficiency of BIM software, workflows, and content creation (Revit).
