Designer, Project Team II

This role will work semi-independently on assigned tasks under the direction of a Project Lead and Project Architect. Responsibilities • Produce design studies, diagrams, renderings, and space planning in support of project design intent • Develop and maintain 3D models and drawings across project phases, organizing project files and documentation in accordance with office standards • Contribute to conceptual and presentation materials for internal reviews, client presentations, and competitions • Draft architectural drawings and assist with documentation from concept through construction documents for assigned scopes • Implement redlines and design direction accurately and efficiently • Collaborate closely with project team members and participate in coordination meetings as directed • Manage time and workload to meet project tasks, while ensuring quality and organization of project deliverables • Support integration of consultant information into architectural documents What We Are Looking For • Approximately 3–5 years of post-graduate professional experience in architectural practice • Bachelors or Masters of Architecture from a NAAB accredited school • Strong design sensibility supported by solid graphic, modeling, and documentation skills.
