Your Qualifications • Experience in the role described above • High resourcefulness of creative unique materials, furniture, and fixtures • Excellent color sense, and great passion for design • Excellent graphic design, organizational, time management, and written and verbal communication skills • Passionate, self-starting, dedicated, efficient • Enjoys both taking responsibility and team collaboration • Passion for both big picture design ideas and the details • Facility with 3D conceptualization (digitally or by hand) a plus • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited school • 5+ years of post-grad interior design experience • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D, Rhino, Grasshopper, and other modeling software programs • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices required. • The base salary range will be estimated between $88,500 - $110,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
