Your Role With you as part of the team, our designs have never been so engaging. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture from an accredited program3-6 years of professional experience with commercial architecture & design firms; inclusive of at least 1 year of workplace (office) interior architecture and interior design projectsProficient in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3D and other modeling software programsProficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and SPEXX a plusKnowledge of the design process, including FF+E, furniture systems and specifications, color and materialsConceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideasAbility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of developmentAbility to communicate design ideas and direction quicklyA quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environmentLeadership, organization, communication and relationship management skillsDemonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices; ideally portfolios will include at least one project (especially built projects with LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL Building Standard, Fitwel, and/or Net Zero Building certification) with this particular focus, which we look forward to discussing during the interview This role is not remote; we look forward to working with our new team member in our dynamic D.C. office.The estimated base salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000, plus eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, with final compensation contingent on relevant experience.
