Designer - Workplace Interiors - Mid Level

Your Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited school • 8+ years of experience as a Designer • Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3D and other modeling software programs • Strong knowledge of the design process, including FF+E, furniture systems and specifications, color and materials • Outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, SPEXX a plus • Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas • Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development • A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment • Goals to pursue interior design certification or licensure and LEED accreditation are encouraged • Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices; Portfolios should include at least one project (especially built projects with LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL Building Standard, Fitwel, and/or Net Zero Building certification) with this particular focus, which we look forward to discussing during the interview For consideration, please submit a resume and relevant work samples.
