Here's your chance to bring your design skills to the table and work with our top-notch Design-Build Program Managers to determine the design scope of the project based on client expectations, directives, and deadlines. We're looking for someone who is a real go-getter, always on top of their deadlines, and knows how to keep their cool under pressure. Key responsibilities include: • Plan and develop conceptual plans and concept design elements to fulfill client and project objectives • Produce creative and functional space plans that maximize client value while adhering to applicable code requirements • Select material finishes, design custom millwork, and select all specialty design elements • Develop/determine the furniture, fixture, and equipment elements required to satisfy the design • Develop interior/exterior signage, artwork and design accessories necessary to create branded environments • Support/Prepare detailed construction documents, while ensuring accuracy and original design intent • Review/Produce complete and precise millwork drawings of high-end commercial furniture and fixtures • Verify occupancy, path-of-travel, and ADA compliance For more information on our company, please visit www.integratedbg.com.
