T Square Remodeling, a full service design/build remodeling contractor based in Vancouver, WA, is seeking a Designer/Project Assistant (DPA). The DPA's duties will include, but are not limited to, assistance in the design phase, preparing project drawings, permitting, project documentation/Specifications, and other duties as required. For each assigned project, the DPA will create and maintain a computer aided remodel design which meets the client's vision, is cost effective, aesthetically pleasing, and functional. The DPA will also collaborate with the Sales and Project Manager to gather quotes from subcontractors and product suppliers in order to complete and maintain project estimates, specification documents, and change orders as needed.
