About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Design Assistant to support our growing design team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and operational sides of interior design and is excited to contribute across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role will on occasion assist the senior project manager with project management, installations, and brand/social media support. Assist Senior PM with purchasing and order tracking as needed Help coordinate shipping, receiving, and delivery logisticsSupport installation preparation and occasional on-site project needs (light travel may be required)Assist with vendor communication and project organizationHelp maintain pricing, lead times, and procurement recordsAdditional Administrative Support
