What You’ll Do Contribute to the planning, design, and technical development of multifamily housing projects from concept through construction.Produce and coordinate Revit models, construction documents, detailing, schedules, and project deliverables.Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.Coordinate technical information across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil disciplines.Support project delivery through all phases, including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting, and construction administration.Participate in client meetings, consultant coordination, and project presentations as your experience grows.Apply firm BIM standards, quality assurance processes, and project delivery best practices.Mentor junior staff and help guide project teams (Design Lead candidates).Continue developing your technical, leadership, and professional skills through mentorship and hands-on project experience. Approximately 10+ years of professional experienceExperience leading project teams and mentoring staffAbility to coordinate complex projects while maintaining design quality, technical excellence, schedules, and consultant coordinationExperience with Multifamily Housing preferred; experience in Senior Living, Mixed-Use, Hospitality, or other comparable large-scale residential project types will also be consideredExperience coordinating construction documents through multiple phasesKnowledge of applicable building codes and accessibility requirementsConstruction administration experience is a plusProgress toward or attainment of an architectural licensure is encouraged
