• Develop a Scope of Work for each job that clearly spells out all items associated with the construction of the project. • Provide full sets of construction documents with all necessary information for state and local code reviews. • Bachelor's or technical degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred). • Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines. • Recognition programs, including the Good Measure Award presented periodically to an individual or team from each of the High companies who exemplifies The High Philosophy.
