As a Business Development Leader for the Department of the Interior, you will be responsible for leading our business development efforts in this critical market segment. • Collaborate with regional and business line leaders to design and execute growth strategies that align with our organization's strategic goals. • Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities within the DOI, including developing capture plans and managing proposal activities to win new contracts. Applicants must have a BA/BS plus at least 12 years of relevant business development experience, or a demonstrated equivalency, including at least 4 years of leadership experience.
