The director manages multiple teams led by Project Managers/Senior Interior Designers. • Mentor all teammates in the execution of their responsibilities with the assistance of the Project Manager/Senior Interior Designers • Conduct performance reviews with the assistance of the Project Manager/Senior Interior Designers, provide clear paths for growth for all teammates • Coordinate on-boarding with leadership team and new teammates. • Focused experience (15+ years) in Workplace and Landlord Tenant Design • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment • Strong project management and leadership skills
