Director of Design

Designers have strong project management and collaboration skills to oversee design projects from... start to finish. • Proven ability to set and cause design standards and deliverable deadlines to be met by design professionals under contract with Birkla Investment Group • Proficient in project management, client/designer collaboration, space planning, material selection, budgeting, vendor coordination, compliance and design presentation. • Develop design concepts and create visual representations such as sketches, mood boards, or 3D renderings to communicate ideas, considering factors such as color schemes, materials, lighting, and furniture placement. • 5+ years of interior, urban, and architectural design experience is preferred. • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and strong interpersonal skills are required for success in this position.
