Role Description The Director of Interior Design is a full-time, on-site role based in Richardson, TX, responsible for leading the interior design practice and guiding project teams from concept through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing design workflows, reviewing construction drawings and specifications, coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors, and ensuring that design solutions meet client objectives, budget, and schedule.
