Director of Interior Design

Position Overview: As the Director of Interior Design, you'll join the ranks of leadership to spearhead the interior design efforts, be involved with project pursuit and staff development, and most importantly - help shape the next iteration of an evolving and prosperous firm! If you’ve previously held the title of Director of Interior Design, apply now. • Your ideas will have an impact in design direction, team development, and company operations • You will join the ranks of leadership within an Architecture and Interior Design firm • Salary $110,000 - $140,000 • Hybrid work schedule, full and comprehensive benefit package • Opportunity for future equity ownership What You Will Do: Along with producing compelling interior designs for architectural projects in a wide variety of market sectors, the Director of Interior Design will lead the firm’s interior design work and partner with the Marketing Team to enhance strategies that strengthen existing client relationships, develop new client relationships, and secure new project opportunities.
