Report to Partner(s) and Principal(s) Manages multiple projects and all project efforts providing oversight at all stages of pre-design, design, bidding, construction documents, specifications, construction administration and purchasing. Responsible for determining the project scope and identifying all applicable building code restrictions. Ensuring interior designs fit within parameters defined by the client and building codes. Responsible for coordinating interior design efforts with consultants and directing staff in the production of conceptual through issue for permit packages including specifications. Project responsibilities could be exclusively interiors or working with a Project Manager on the interiors portion of an architectural project.
