Director of Interior Design

As the Director of Design, you will be responsible for leading our design and procurement team in delivering exceptional interior design projects from concept to completion. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of the firm and ensure that every project delivers the “Crimson Experience.” In short, the Director of Design is a creative leader who bridges the gap between design and business. Design Direction: • Set the overall design direction for key projects, translating client requirements and objectives into innovative design concepts. • Oversee design projects, which involves managing the design team and monitoring projects to ensure they are on time and within budget. • 5+ years experience managing an interior design team.
